1. Booking Confirmation
a. All bookings are confirmed only after a deposit or full payment has been received.
b. A confirmation email or receipt will be sent once your booking is successfully processed.
2. Deposits & Payments
a. A deposit of 40% or full payment is required to secure your booking.
b. Deposits and payments are non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future booking (see our Non-Refundable Policy).
3. Rescheduling & Changes
a. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days prior to the event.
b. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
c. If you fail to reschedule within the notice period, your payment will be forfeited.
4. No-Shows
If you do not attend your booked event without notice, your payment will be forfeited and cannot be credited toward future bookings.
5. Cancellations
a. Since all payments are non-refundable, cancellations will result in loss of payment.
b. Credits may be used for future bookings if the cancellation request is made within the required notice period.
6. Agreement
By placing a booking and submitting payment, you agree to comply with this Booking Policy along with our Non-Refundable Policy and Privacy Policy.

Non-Refundable Policy

1. Non-Refundable Payments
a. All deposits and full payments made to us are strictly non-refundable.
b. Once payment is received, we are unable to process cancellations or issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
2. Credit Toward Future Events
a. If you are unable to use your booking or attend your event, your deposit or full payment can be applied as a credit toward your next event with us.
b. This credit must be used within 12 months from the original booking date unless otherwise stated.
3. Rescheduling Policy
a. Clients who wish to reschedule must notify us at least 7 days before the original event date.
b. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval.
4. No-Shows
Failure to show up for your event without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your payment, and no credit will be issued.
5. Agreement
By booking with us and making a deposit or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refundable Policy.
